Meet the founder, Courtney Hendricks!
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
- Courtney has led comprehensive category planning, sourcing, and contract management efforts. She works closely with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of procurement methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration and diversity. Her leadership approach emphasizes emotional intelligence, mentorship, and inclusivity, creating high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals.
- Courtney’s impressive career trajectory includes significant tenures at leading organizations like Jabian Consulting, LogicSource, Milliken & Company, and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) where she was responsible for a $60M restack for IHG Hotels and Resorts for selection of carpet, architect, general contractor, and workstations. Courtney has driven successful procurement initiatives, managed complex supplier relationships, and delivered operational efficiencies across these roles. Her strategic mindset and adept negotiation skills have resulted in substantial cost savings and streamlined processes for her employers.
- Courtney holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the College of Charleston. Her technical proficiency includes mastery of Microsoft Suites and a deep understanding of strategic procurement tools.
- Outside of her professional endeavors, Courtney enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends and her beloved furbaby, Chase. She has a personal goal of visiting 50 countries by the age of 50 and she's currently planning country #40!
